Lent and Easter Services 2025

Join our Worship Service on Sunday, April 13th at 10:30am. We will begin the service with a procession, waving palms, as we remember Jesus’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem. This service marks the beginning of Holy Week.

Celebrate Maundy Thursday with us on the evening of April 17th. The Thursday before Easter commemorates Jesus Christ's institution of the Eucharist during the Last Supper. We will have a simple potluck meal of bread and soup at 6:00p.m., followed by the Worship Service at 7:00p.m. Communion will be served.

Worship with us on Good Friday, April 18th at 7:00 pm. Good Friday commemorates Jesus' crucifixion and death on the cross. We are reminded that Jesus died in order for people to have a stronger relationship with God. It is the Friday before Easter.

All are welcome as we watch the sunrise and shout Hallelujah, He is risen! We will meet on the front lawn of the church at 6:30 am. We will walk to Rockville Town Square for breakfast following the service.

Easter Sunday morning beginning at 9:30 am, bring a breakfast item to share as we gather together in the Calvin Room in preparation for our Easter Celebration.

April 20, 2025 at 10:30 am is RPC’s Easter worship and celebration. Easter marks the Resurrection of Jesus three days after his death by crucifixion. Rejoice with us - He is risen, He is risen, indeed!

Young and old are invited to hunt for Easter eggs following the service on Easter Sunday. Please bring your Easter basket to carry the goodies you find! All are welcome.
